To save me some admin and because of the dire conditions that just greeted me on my bi-weekly canter along the cliffs, this (probably final) mid-week update is being sent to one and all.
As of today, the sea is cold and very brown for at least a mile out.
And however flat the webcams may make it look, the swell is still sucking and surging and with it destroying any chance of the colour dropping out.
A miracle? Yes, for sure but at this point I’m afraid my faith is more akin to George Michael than a Scientologist.
I fear there will be no second coming, just 7 long months of bassless misery and incarceration until May comes around and with it…
Freedom…. Freedom….. FREEDOM!!!!!
I played (mimed) Faith on acoustic guitar for GM once but that’s another story.
The end.
Script Note - If anything changes, paid subscribers will be the first to know, otherwise, good luck and see you all next year.
Never mind Mark - there's always grayling fishing and that's what I'm doing on Sunday. Just as beautiful a fish.
Have a good winter Mark and thanks for all your help this year 👍
